BEST SPEED AND WILL RENDEZVOUS APPROX 090600B.

3. AMERICA WILL CLOSE TO HELO RANGE TO
LIFT OFF SERIOUS WOUNDED AND REMAINS OF DECEASED.

4. LIBERTY CONTINUES TO BE WITHOUT CLASSIFIED
COMM, RADAR AND GYRO. ALL COMMUNICATIONS BY
CINCUSNAVEUR HIGH-COM VOICE NET.
