SECNAV Instruction 3300.1B
On December 27, 2005, the Secretary of the Navy promulgated SECNAV Instruction 3300.1B which cancels SECNAV Instruction 3300.1A and sets forth the U.S. Navy Law of Armed Conflict (Law of War) program to ensure compliance by the Naval establishment.
